Acceptance of Expelled and At-Risk Students

Indiana Virtual Pathways Academy is available as an alternative education program for certain students who have been expelled or are at risk for expulsion from other public schools.

Applications for expelled or at-risk students will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Indiana Virtual Pathways Academy reserves the right to deny admittance depending on any facts and circumstances surrounding the expulsion. All admissions will be subject to student capacity restrictions (i.e., seat availability).

Students who have been expelled from an Indiana public school and who subsequently attempt to enroll in Indiana Virtual Pathways Academy without disclosing such expulsion may be denied access to IVPA.

For more information on this policy, please contact the Indiana Virtual Pathways Academy Director at 317-581-5355.
